What We Believe

Riverside Evangelical Free Church is a part of the Evangelical Free Church of America which seeks "to glorify God by multiplying healthy churches among all people." 

We believe that humanity is lost because of our sin which sets us against God's perfect standard, but God in His amazing grace reached down to us in our rebellion and sent His perfect Divine Son to become the God-man Jesus. Jesus Christ lived the perfect life that we couldn't and took the punishment for sin that we deserved by dying on a cruel Roman cross. God's gift of salvation and forgiveness is available to all who would believe and trust in Jesus Christ.
